John Robert is professional covers artist offering entertainment for any occasion. All equipment required for the performance is supplied (speakers, cables, microphones etc.) and Johns compact setup is ‘venue-friendly’ for even the smallest of spaces. Combined with the ability to perform a diverse range of music as well as DJ and Compering services, this makes John one of East Yorkshires top choices for Entertainment.

The performance and set list can be tailored to your event; with a huge range of music available to choose from and options for John to add new repertoire subject to requests made prior to the event.

“I have worked all over the UK and Ireland as a vocalist, performing at weddings, birthdays, corporate events and other functions. I fronted an 11 piece Motown, Pop and Soul function band for over 8 years, as well as performing as a solo act and with a popular 4 piece Pop-Rock function and wedding band up and down the country. I studied Music at University and have over a decades worth of performance experience as well as technical expertise for live sound and studio production. In addition to being a vocalist, I also play a range of instruments and create my own arrangements and original music, bringing my renditions to life in my home studio. This expertise allows me to create my own arrangements and custom backing tracks for my solo act”.

All sound and lighting is provided, PAT certificates and Public Liability Insurance proof supplied upon request – many venues require this. 

First Dances (weddings) – by request and where reasonably possible, John will learn and perform first dance requests/ just for you, on your special day. (You may find your request is already part of Johns repertoire!)

As a responsible artist all equipment is annually PAT tested and Public Liability Insurance maintained, proof of both can be supplied upon request.
